About The Role
As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will be the architect of efficiency. Your goal is to eliminate manual bottlenecks and build seamless, automated ecosystems that empower our commercial teams and clients to scale at speed.
Your Responsibilities
Build and maintain advanced automated workflows using Make, Zapier, and AI agents. Integrate CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce) with marketing and sales automation tools. Identify operational inefficiencies and propose automated technical solutions. Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
Who We Are Looking For
Extensive experience with API integrations and workflow automation platforms. A technical mindset with a deep understanding of commercial business processes. Proficiency in JavaScript or Python for custom automation scripts. Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for optimization.
