Dental Assistant/Receptionist

My Dental Team is a well-established practice in which we have been delivering quality care and creating beautiful smiles for the last 10 years. We aim to provide a relaxing and comfortable environment for our patients and their families and are committed to providing exceptional patient care with a positive work culture. We are seeking a highly motivated Orthodontic Dental Assistant and Receptionist to join our team on a full time basis.

• A team – orientated individual and positive attitude

• Flexible availability and able to work between the hours of 7.30am to 7.30pm Mon – Fri

• Available to work Saturday from 8am-2pm

• Great phone manner

• Excellent computer skills

• Ability to build rapport with patients and their family

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for orthodontic procedures

• Take and record patient medical histories

• Provide post-procedure care instructions and answer patient questions

• Chairside assisting

• Assist in stock control

• Communicate effectively with patients, orthodontists and other healthcare professionals

• Provide clear instructions and explanations to patients about procedures and oral care

• Sterilisation duties

• General housekeeping
