Senior AWS Connect SME : Role SummaryServe as the onsite technical leader and customer-facing SME for Amazon Connect transformation, migration, conversational AI, enterprise integrations and managed service operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead architecture and solution design; manage stakeholder workshops; guide offshore teams; oversee Amazon Connect implementation, migration, IVR/contact flows, routing profiles, integrations, governance, release management and production support.
Technical SkillsAmazon Connect, Contact Flows, Routing Profiles, Contact Lens, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Lex, Transcribe, Translate, Polly, IAM, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge, REST APIs, CI/CD, Git, ServiceNow integrations.
Leadership ResponsibilitiesProvide technical direction, mentor engineers, drive best practices, review designs, manage risks and support executive-level customer engagements.
Preferred ExperienceGlobal contact center transformations, multilingual solutions, voice-to-voice translation, cloud migration programmes, managed services and enterprise architecture engagements.
CertificationsAWS Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Developer Associate, AWS SysOps Administrator and related AWS certifications preferred.
Soft SkillsExecutive communication, stakeholder management, consulting skills, problem solving and leadership.
