Motorcycle Salesperson – Full-Time & Part-Time Positions

Join a fast-growing motorcycle company representing leading brands Thumpstar and KOVE Motorcycles, with a range of electric bikes.

We’re seeking motivated, passionate salespeople to join our Rockingham store. We have both full-time and part-time positions available, depending on the right applicant.

About the Role

You’ll be involved in the daily operation of the store and workshop, driving motorcycle sales and making sure bikes are assembled, presented and ready for customers.

Key responsibilities include:

* Handle motorcycle sales, phone enquiries and walk-in customers

* Assist with day-to-day store and workshop operations

* Assemble bikes, change tyres and carry out basic mechanical work

* Oversee stock control and inventory

* Liaise with our head office in Bayswater and NZ sister company

* Assist with occasional transport or pickup jobs (ute/tow vehicle preferred)

Hours

Part-time or Full-time

Shop hours 9:30am–5:00pm, and 9:00am–1:00pm Saturday. Hours are negotiable for the right person.

We’re particularly interested in someone who has some flexibility to cover additional days when other team members are sick or on holiday, including occasionally working from our Bayswater warehouse.

About Us

We are the official Australian distributor for Thumpstar and KOVE Motorcycles, supplying motocross, dirt, road and electric motorcycles throughout Australia and New Zealand.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the company and is genuinely interested in motorcycles.

What We’re Looking For

* Sales experience

* Motorcycle sales licence preferred, or willingness to obtain

* Full Australian working rights

* WA Police Clearance – please send with your CV, or be willing to obtain one

* Genuine passion for motorcycles – dirt, road or motocross

* Mechanical ability for bike assembly, parts fitting and minor servicing

* Good computer skills

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Able to work independently as well as part of a team

* Local applicants preferred – ideally within 10–20 minutes of Rockingham

What We Offer

We can offer different remuneration structures depending on the applicant, experience and position.

Option 1 – Hourly Rate + Performance Commission

* Competitive hourly rate

* $25 for every bike you personally assemble and sell

* Exceed the monthly sales target and earn $50 per bike you personally sold for that month

Option 2 – Award Minimum Base Rate + Higher Commission

* Minimum applicable award rate

* $100 commission for every motorcycle you personally sell

* No minimum sales quota required to earn the $100 commission

* The more bikes you sell, the more you earn

To give you an idea of the potential sales volume, our Bayswater store sold 90 motorcycles in July 2026 alone. For a motivated salesperson, this commission structure can provide significant additional earning potential.
