About the role
Reporting to the GM People Shared Services, you will lead the talent acquisition strategy and function across the organisation. You will partner with senior leaders to understand workforce needs, build proactive sourcing strategies and deliver innovative recruitment solutions across frontline, leadership and specialist roles.
You will oversee recruitment operations while driving continuous improvement, employer branding, talent analytics and pipeline development and support workforce planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organisational and workforce plans.Partner with executive and senior leaders to identify current and future talent needs.Lead high-volume recruitment initiatives and campaigns for frontline operational roles.Create targeted attraction strategies for management and specialist positions.Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, including employment pathways for people with disability and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.Enhance the candidate experience and maintain high levels of candidate care.Strengthen Achieve Australia's employer brand through social media, industry events, community partnerships and talent attraction campaigns.Develop and maintain talent pipelines through partnerships with universities, TAFE, training organisations and employment providers.Monitor recruitment metrics and analytics to improve time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, retention and quality-of-hire outcomes.Lead continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment systems, processes and tools.Design and facilitate recruitment and interviewing skills training for leaders and hiring managers
About you:Strong experience across the full talent acquisition lifecycle and demonstrated experience recruiting across high-volume, professional and specialist workforce segments.Strong team management skills and ability to coach and enhance the capability of the team members to deliver agile services.Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability.Experience developing innovative sourcing strategies and attracting passive candidates.Outstanding communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.Exceptional customer service focus and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting workforce governance requirements.Strong evidence based analytical capability with experience using recruitment data and insights to drive sound decision-making.
