2027 CutlerMerz Graduate Program

About the role

You have a unique opportunity to join CutlerMerz as a graduate, based in our growing Melbourne office, where you will gain exposure to the sector's most complex and interesting issues. Our graduate program will commence in February 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Experience at least two and up to four rotations across a number of our Service Lines over 2 years

• Develop both your technical skills and learn the consulting process

• Work on real client projects from Day 1

• Report to Service Line Leaders who are true experts in their fields

• Be mentored by one of our team for the full 2 year program

• Contribute to research and thought leadership on emerging topics in the sector

• Attend structured training sessions to support your development

About you

• Exceptional academic achievement in a relevant degree (Engineering, Economics, Maths, Government and Policy)

• Demonstrated aptitude for using structured problem solving and analysis

• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation

• A professional and personable approach – a team player

• Client service orientation

• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills (qualitative and quantitative data)

• A deadline orientation

• Demonstrated interest in the Energy sector and emerging trends related to the Energy Transition
