The Role: 

• Lead complex tax advisory engagements from scoping through to delivery  

• Deliver technical advice, position papers and ATO engagement matters  

• Manage tax due diligence and transaction support (buy-side/sell-side)  

• Advise on international tax issues including structuring and cross-border matters  

• Oversee compliance and tax-effect accounting with a focus on quality outcomes  

• Manage workflows, stakeholders, budgets and timelines while mentoring team members  

About You: 

• Strong experience in complex tax advisory within a professional services environment  

• Exposure to international tax and transaction-related work  

• CA/CPA/CTA qualified (or equivalent)  

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders  

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment  

• A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing high-performing teams
