The Floreat Market
For over 30 years, The Floreat Market has been a cornerstone of the local community & a family-run, independent gourmet grocer built on a genuine passion for quality. We support local growers as a priority and stay ahead of the best in gourmet food. If you love great food and take pride in your work, we'd love to meet you.
Type - Casual
Hours per week - 30–35 hrs (Opening shifts & Closing shifts)
Weekend - 1 day required
Location - Floreat, WA
High-level produce merchandising & display
Exceptional customer service
Stock rotation & shelf filling
Keep shelves full, fresh, and perfectly presented at all times.
Unloading market truck deliveries
Handle fresh deliveries efficiently, ready for the floor.
Trimming & wrapping of produce
Prepare produce to a high standard, maintaining freshness and presentation.
Essential
Proven produce experience and genuine product knowledge
Ability to display and merchandise produce to a high standard
Personable approach to customer service
Availability for at least one weekend day per week
Physical fitness for unloading deliveries and being on your feet
Preferred
Current forklift ticket (LF or LO)
