• Key Responsibilities

  • Beverage Excellence: Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages—including tap beers, wines, and signature cocktails or mocktails—to strict venue standards.

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and attend to guests, parents, and party groups with an enthusiastic, helpful, and professional demeanor.

  • Bar Operations & Compliance: Efficiently manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle transactions, and strictly enforce responsible service of alcohol (RSA) regulations, including checking guest IDs.

  • Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain a spotless, organized, and hygienic bar environment; restock fridges, polish glassware, and ensure precise setup and pack-down procedures.

About you

• At least 1 year of relevant bar service or high-volume hospitality experience

• Valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

• Flexible availability to cover key peak hospitality periods, specifically Friday afternoons/evenings, Saturday shifts, and Sunday afternoons
