What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in business development, account management, and MICE sales, with a strong track record of converting leads and opportunities into confirmed revenue across Rooms and Business Events.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships that drive repeat business and long term growth.
• Strong sales and commercial acumen, with experience managing a sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, closing business, and consistently delivering against sales and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across operational and commercial teams to maximise conversion opportunities and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Sound understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, with the ability to translate insights into targeted sales strategies and profitable business results.
