Delivery Lead

A great opportunity exists for a talented Delivery Lead to join an outstanding project team on an initial 6 month contract. The role is working within the Online, Digital and Ecommerce team on a number of fast paced initiatives.

The role is hybrid located with around two days a week in the Head office which is located in the Melbourne CBD.
 
As a Delivery Lead in the Digital Team, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of digital initiatives, ensuring smooth execution from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, vendors and other stakeholders, to establish fit for purpose effective ways of working by aligning goals, and delivering outcomes and value with quality in mind.  
 
You will lead the planning, execution, monitoring and successful delivery of outcomes in alignment with business objectives and strategic goals, validating scope and expectations to delivering value, whilst driving release to production that includes collaborating and coordinating across teams

  
You will provide regular visibility of delivery updates to leadership and stakeholders on progress, roadblocks, opportunities and team performance. You will empower, coach and mentor team members on agile practices, fostering continuous iterative improvements culture, teamwork, lean and test & learn mindset.  
  
The key skills are :

• Knowledge of Digital/ Online, eCommerce and Omni-channel solutions

• Proven experience working as a Scrum master/ Iteration Manager/ Delivery Lead within an agile delivery/development team

• Retail knowledge will be highly regarded.

• The ability to work with technical teams on the delivery of web and mobile apps will be highly regarded

• Knowledge of CI/CD and experience working within a cloud (AWS) environment
