We're seeking a passionate nurse to join our thriving team in Charlestown. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced GPs and nursing professionals, delivering quality patient care while developing your skills in a modern and collaborative healthcare setting.

What You'll Be Doing 

As a valued member of our clinical team, you'll play an integral role in providing outstanding patient care, including: 

• Administering immunisations and monitoring post-vaccination observations 

• Assessing, triaging, and prioritising urgent presentations 

• Assisting GPs with minor surgical procedures 

• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive clinical records 

• Delivering wound care, dressings, and suture removals 
• Educating and supporting patients to achieve better health outcomes 

About You 

We're looking for someone who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. 

You'll bring: 

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse 

• Previous experience in General Practice and/or an acute care environment 

• Strong organisational and time-management skills 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 

• A compassionate, patient-centred approach 

• A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
