Sonoma Baking Company are looking for a customer focused Supervisor looking for the next step into an Assistant Café Manager or Café Manager role. Looking for someone with experience in Food & Beverage, as well as the Hospitality Industry, to join the team. You are uncompromising on product quality, possess strong service experience, place focus on consistency in everything you do and enjoy a bit of fun with the team and customers.

Role is Full-Time and will be located in Menai.

ABOUT:

• Training of team to complete set tasks in a timely fashion
• Ambassador going above and beyond customer service
• Passionate approach to product knowledge
• Assisting in all areas of the store
• Ensure all Sonoma processes are followed
• Manage stock and daily ordering
• Lead and motivate a team to deliver the best service
• On-going advice and training of staff in accordance to Sonoma guidelines
