Job Title: Welder / Fabricator (Full-Time)

Location: Perth, Western Australia

Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 (depending on experience) + super

Company: Premium Australian manufacturer of specialised boat trailers

We’re a growing Perth-based manufacturer building high-quality, heavy-duty boat trailers for serious boat owners across Australia. We’re looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our workshop team.

If you take pride in clean, strong welds and building products that last in the harsh Australian marine environment, this is a great opportunity.

• MIG and TIG welding of steel and aluminium components

• Fabricating trailer frames, chassis, and custom assemblies

• Reading and working from engineering drawings and templates

• Maintaining high-quality standards on all builds

• General workshop duties and equipment maintenance

• Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards

• Trade-qualified Welder/Fabricator (Certificate III or higher preferred)

• Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience in structural or precision fabrication

• Strong MIG welding skills (TIG experience highly regarded)

• Experience in trailers, marine, 4x4, truck bodies, or heavy fabrication is a big advantage

• Ability to work accurately and efficiently

• Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship

• Current Australian driver’s licence

• Work on premium, purpose-built products
