Qualified Electrician

FairWind are looking for an experienced Electrical Wind Technician (Install / Service & Maintenance). You will collaborate closely with the installation team and site management, contributing to the successful delivery of renewable energy projects.

As the successful candidate this role will be onsite with accommodation and meals provided on a 3/1 roster.

Hands on experience working with the Enventus platform will be very highly regarded.

Wind industry experience and current GWO is required and you will have valid workrights in Australia.

About You

You should possess a strong background in electrical systems, with prior experience in the wind industry preferred, though experienced candidates from other sectors are also encouraged to apply.

Preference will be given to those proficient in installation, construction, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, along with strong knowledge of all applicable electrical standards and regulations. 

You will need the following qualifications:

• Electrical trade certificate and current A Grade electrical license

• Construction White Card

• Vestas LOTO 2 preferred

• Current GWO Basic Safety Training 

• Must have full Australian working rights
