About the Role:

You will support the Registered Nurse/Midwife in delivering safe, person-centred care within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. You will assist with assessments, routine procedures and nursing care tasks within your scope of practice while contributing to quality improvement and evidence-based care. You will also provide education to patients and families, support the learning of others, and continue developing your own professional skills and experience.

About You: 

• Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to prioritise workload, recognise changes in clinical condition and provide person-centred care.
• Experience providing nursing care within a healthcare setting in line with professional standards of practice.
