Warehouse Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and team-focused Warehouse Assistant to join our growing operations team.

This role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, enjoys hands-on work, and thrives in a supportive warehouse environment. You will play an essential part in ensuring our customers receive their products efficiently, safely, and in perfect condition.

As the Warehouse Assistant – Products, you will support day-to-day warehouse operations including goods receiving, order picking, packing, dispatching, stock control, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. This role adheres to TGA, WHS, and company compliance requirements and contributes directly to warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with a dedicated team and a Warehouse Team Leader who will support your learning, development, and success.

• Receive and check incoming goods against purchase orders

• Inspect products for accuracy and quality

• Record batch numbers and expiry dates for TGA compliance

• Store products according to FIFO and inventory procedures

• Assist with stock replenishment and workflow efficiency

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy

• Ensure correct packaging, labelling, and documentation

• Liaise with couriers and freight providers

• Support express orders and urgent dispatch tasks

• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect stock promptly

• Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts

• Maintain stock integrity and TGA traceability standards

• Maintain a clean, organised warehouse and dispatch area

• Follow safe manual-handling procedures and equipment guidelines

• Assist with stock rotation, recycling, and waste management

• Comply with WHS policies and report hazards

• Operate equipment safely when trained and authorised

• Use appropriate PPE and adhere to safe work methods

• Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or logistics environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Understanding of stock control and WHS practices

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work

• Willing to attend a pre-employment medical assessment

• Experience in health products, supplements, or pharmaceutical warehousing

• Certificate in Warehousing, Logistics, or equivalent
