About the Role

This isn’t a role where you’ll be doing the same thing day in, day out.

You’ll work across a genuine mix of:

• Residential maintenance and renovations

• Commercial fit-outs and service work

• Solar and battery installations

Some days you’ll be working alongside the team, other days you’ll be trusted to run your own jobs.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t need to be micromanaged — someone who can assess a job, solve problems, communicate with the client and take pride in handing over quality work.

About You

You don’t need to know everything. But you do need to care about doing a good job.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Hold a current QLD Electrical Licence

• Have 2–3+ years post-trade experience

• Can work independently and manage your own workload

• Have strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Communicate well with clients, builders and other trades

• Have a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail

• Take pride in keeping your work area and company vehicle tidy

• Are reliable, turn up when you say you will and get stuck in

• Are happy to help your teammates when needed

• Want to be part of a business you can grow with

Bonus Points (but not essential)

These aren’t essential, but we’d love to hear about them if you have:

• Split-system air-conditioning experience

• Solar or battery experience

• An interest in developing your solar and battery skills

• Data/cabling experience
