Residential & Construction Cleaner Subcontractor | Part-Time or Full-Time Hours

Mums That Scrub is growing, and we’re looking for some more cleaning superstars!

We’re looking for reliable, detail-focused Cleaning Subcontractors to join our growing team across North Brisbane and the Moreton Bay region.

We have part-time and full-time hours available, with work predominantly scheduled Monday to Friday during daytime hours.

Our team works on a rotating roster, so we're looking for people who can offer some flexibility with their availability, Your scheduled days, locations and types of cleans may vary from week to week.

And this isn't just residential cleaning!

Our team works across a variety of services, including regular residential cleaning, NDIS & DVA cleans, bond cleans, deep cleans, construction/builders cleans and post-renovation cleaning.

No two days are necessarily the same.

You’ll work both independently and alongside other members of our team, travelling between scheduled jobs and representing Mums That Scrub in our clients' homes and on construction sites.

• Regular residential cleaning
• NDIS and DVA client cleans
• Deep and detailed cleans
• Bond and end-of-lease cleans
• Construction and builders cleans
• Post-construction and post-renovation cleans
• Final presentation cleans
• Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens and living areas
• Dusting, vacuuming and mopping
• Making beds and light housekeeping where required
• Removing construction dust, debris and residue
• Following individual client and job requirements
• Completing job notes and required photos through ServiceM8
• Maintaining the high level of detail our clients know us for

We’re not necessarily looking for someone who has been cleaning professionally for years.

We’re looking for the right person...

Someone who:

• Is reliable and punctual
• Has an eye for the little details
• Takes genuine pride in their work
• Has a strong work ethic
• Is comfortable working independently and within a team
• Communicates well
• Is willing to learn and take feedback onboard
• Is respectful and professional in our clients' homes
• Is comfortable working across residential and construction environments
• Is physically capable of performing cleaning duties
• Genuinely cares about leaving a job knowing it has been done properly

Professional cleaning experience is preferred but not essential for the right person.

Initial training and ongoing support are provided.

• Current Australian driver's licence
• Reliable vehicle
• Current ABN or willingness to obtain one
• Smartphone
• National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
• Right to work in Australia
• Minimum availability of 3 days per week
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
• Ability and willingness to travel between scheduled jobs across our service areas
