Registered Nurse (Residential Aged Care)

We're seeking experienced Registered Nurses with strong weekday availability to work AM and PM shifts. Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Leads, you'll deliver high-quality nursing care that promotes the wellbeing, dignity and independence of our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing person-centred nursing care tailored to residents' individual needs
• Monitoring, assessing and responding to changes in residents' health and wellbeing
• Administering medications and treatments safely and effectively
• Collaborating with care staff, allied health professionals and families
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Contributing to a positive, safe and engaging living environment

We're looking for nurses who are passionate about aged care and committed to delivering exceptional resident outcomes.

To be successful, you'll have:

• Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
• Experience working in residential aged care
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• A compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
• Current National Criminal History Check, or willingness to obtain one
• Reliable availability for weekday AM and PM shifts

Please note: New starters will initially be rostered on weekday shifts only. Weekend shifts may become available at a later stage.
