About You
We're looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team in North Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering marketing campaigns, supporting product launches, coordinating events and creating customer communications that strengthen the LSC brand and support business growth.

About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with Product Managers, Sales teams and supplier partners to deliver engaging marketing initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. 
• Create customer communications, EDMs and campaign content. 
• Coordinate trade shows, events and branch marketing initiatives. 
• Support product launches, promotions and supplier marketing activities. 
• Work closely with Product Managers, Sales teams and external partners to deliver marketing objectives. 
• Manage campaign timelines, project briefs and external suppliers. 
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results. 
• Ensure all marketing materials align with LSC's brand standards and values. 
• Contribute ideas and initiatives that enhance customer engagement and brand awareness.

To be successful in the role, you will have

• Demonstrated experience in a similar marketing role
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
• Experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. 
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• Experience creating customer communications and EDM campaigns. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. 
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. 
• Experience using marketing automation platforms. 
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. 
• Experience in a B2B environment would be highly regarded. 
• Experience within the security, hardware, building or construction industries would be advantageous but not essential.
