About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Casual Retail Sales Consultant to join our Wollongong showroom.
Working closely with homeowners, interior designers, builders and trade customers, you'll help bring projects to life by providing outstanding customer service and expert advice. Every day is different as you guide customers through our extensive range of tiles, bathroom ware, hard flooring and associated products.
Key responsibilities
Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable customer experiences
Building genuine relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
Providing product recommendations and design solutions
Preparing quotes, processing sales orders and following up enquiries
Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
Maintaining showroom presentation and merchandising standards
Supporting store sales targets and business growth initiatives
Developing strong product knowledge across our full product range
About you
Previous experience in retail sales, showroom sales or customer service
A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to confidently recommend products and solutions
A positive, energetic and professional approach
Strong organisational and time management skills
Good computer skills and thorough attention to detail
