The Finance Manager is a Senior Manager role, and key advisor to the Local executive management team offering support through reporting, insights and financial advice to assist the executive management team make the best business, operational and financial decisions for the company.If you're a commercially minded Finance Manager who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and driving business performance, this is your opportunity to join a respected Australian agribusiness where you can lead with confidence, contribute strategically, and grow your careerKey Responsibilities Include?· Develop business plans, forecasts, financial performance measurements.· Analysis of manufacturing processes to achieve the best financial outcomes.· Review and negotiation of key contracts to minimise cost to the business.· Complete month end closing procedures and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.· Manage, supervise, and develop Finance & Accounting team members.· Liaise with external auditors to complete quarterly, interim and annual audits· Ensure compliance with tax & statutory reporting requirements.What we're looking forWe are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated professional with strong technical accounting and reporting expertise and relevant qualifications and memberships.The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to build effective relationships across multidisciplinary teams are essential, along with a demonstrated track record of achieving KPIs and upholding Oakey Beef Exports' values and standards.
