My Australia Direct Talentweb Consulting Pty Ltd are seeking a full time Recruitment Consultant Purpose Of Position: to create opportunities for candidates and secure employment through actively marketing our services within successful businesses, and placing candidates into these companies. Key Activities: Business Development: ?

Gather leads through networking, referrals and research ? Cold call prospective clients and market the company’s services. ? Arrange meetings with clients in order to promote TWR Recruitments services through on-site presentations.

? Through marketing and visits build up a substantial database of clients and constantly review/add to the list. ? Gain full job descriptions and information from clients in order to find most suitable candidates when picking up business. ? Refer preferred supplier agreement submissions to our national business development and tender manager, and work in conjunction with him to win the business.

? Gain client paid advertising where possible. ? Follow up with clients after placing candidates and build on the existing relationships. ? Conduct client site inspections in line with OH&S regulations for temporary services.

Candidate Management: ? Screen suitable candidates for employment opportunities by conducting database searches, ad response, headhunting and referrals. ? Update candidate database on a daily basis to ensure current pool of candidates is available at all times.

? Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability through behavioural/target based interviewing, testing (computer or paper based, role play, assessment centre) and psychometric testing as necessary . ? Evaluate candidates and ensure high level applicants are submitted to the clients with a written report and references. ? Reference check candidates interviewed adhering to company policy.

? Liaise with candidates on a regular basis to ensure they receive a quality service. ? Educate candidates on current recruitment methodologies in resume writing, interview techniques and behaviours. ? Regularly follow up with placed candidates to ensure they are successful through their initial three month guarantee period as per company policy.

Administration: ? Complete specified administrative tasks in keeping with the company’s quality assurance policy. ? Update candidate information and track jobs on Voyager Infinity.

? Put together well written advertisements and post onto relevant websites or publications. ? Meet after placement procedures as specified in the quality assurance policy. ? Deal with post placement concerns.

? Ensure candidates are performing in accordance with the clients requirements when in temporary assignments. ? Ensure all QA forms are completed properly to reflect correct information gathered from both client and candidates. Skills and experience Bachelor degree and at least 1 year experience, or at least 5 years relevant experience
