The Opportunity
Join a high-performing, close-knit team within a well-established corporate insurance brokerage. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Broker to work with a portfolio of corporate clients, supported by a collaborative team culture.

Role Overview
As an Assistant Broker, you will manage and support a portfolio of corporate clients, providing tailored risk advice and exceptional service. The role is client-facing and involves regular engagement with clients and insurers to strengthen relationships and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the management of a portfolio of corporate clients
• Provide risk advice and tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
• Attend client meetings in person or virtually
• Participate in insurer briefings and team knowledge sessions

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Broker with a background in insurance broking or other areas of insurance, such as Underwriting.

• Tier 1 qualification beneficial but not required
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in insurance broking or a closely related role
• Confident in communicating with internal and external stakeholder clearly with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive and self-motivated with a genuine interest in career development
