About NACCHO
The National Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (NACCHO) is the national peak body representing 148 Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs). ACCHOs deliver comprehensive primary health care to more than half of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples nationally.
About the Role
The Senior Project Officer (Program Governance) plays a key role in supporting the governance, assurance and continuous improvement of NACCHO’s national Elder Care Support (ECS) program. Working as part of a collaborative aged care team, the position provides oversight of grant administration, reporting, risk management, compliance and program performance monitoring. The role also supports governance committees and advisory groups, develops practical governance tools and procedures, and contributes to strategic advice on aged care reform and sector priorities. Through strong stakeholder engagement and quality assurance processes, the role helps ensure effective, accountable and culturally informed program delivery across the ACCHO/ACCO sector.
