About the Role 

This is a rare opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Lawyer to play a key role in the development of a new class actions practice.

This role will see you working on large-scale complex disputes and class action matters, alongside a highly skilled and experienced partner and other experienced litigators, in a fast-growing firm.

Key duties:

• Investigate new class actions including research into case theory and quantum
• Liaise with litigation funders, experts and counsel
• Work as part of a team to manage aspects of class action disputes
• Conduct electronic discovery involving large volumes of documents
• Opportunity to work on other types of litigation matters

About You

• 2–6 years PAE in large litigation disputes
• Strong technical and analytical ability
• Strong research skills
• Experience in complex litigation or class actions
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
