Our mission is to provide trusted support locally, delivered by the best people – and we’re looking for a motivated Bookings Consultant to join our Acute Nursing team in Spring Hill, Brisbane.

About the Role:
  
As a Bookings Consultant, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day rostering of agency nurses to ensure client needs are consistently met. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to last-minute changes. You’ll work closely with nursing staff, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient shift coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day rostering of agency nurses to ensure client needs are met
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and clients to confirm shift details
• Monitor shift coverage and respond to last-minute changes or cancellations
• Maintain accurate records of staff availability, shifts filled, and hours worked
• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to optimise scheduling efficiency

What we're looking for: 

• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a willingness to go the extra mile
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes
• Previous experience in healthcare rostering, workforce management, or agency scheduling preferred
• Proficient computer skills with using Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, SharePoint and IT data systems
