Cellar Door Host

De Iuliis Wines is on the lookout for a Casual Cellar Door Host to join our friendly, energetic team in Pokolbin. This is a casual role, with hours that vary depending on how busy we are. Weekend availability is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming guests to our cellar door and setting the tone for a great visit

• Hosting wine tastings and chatting to customers about our wines

• Helping guests find the perfect bottle (or two) to take home

• Delivering warm, genuine customer service — wine knowledge is a bonus, but we’re happy to teach the right person

• Assisting with general cellar door operations, including stock, POS, and cash handling

• Helping create a fun, engaging, and memorable experience for every visitor

(You must be at least 18 years of age due to alcohol service and cash handling.)

What We’re Looking For

• Australian work rights and a valid RSA

• At least 6 months of customer service experience (hospitality or wine experience is a plus, but not essential)

• Confident, friendly communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people

• A genuine interest in wine (or a strong willingness to learn)

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
