About the role
54 reasons is proud to be playing a key role in the federally-funded Leaving Violence Payments program nationally. The program provides individualised financial support packages, as well as risk assessments, safety planning and referral support. We're looking for dedicated Team Leaders who will drive high performing teams to provide trauma-informed and person-centred support to victim survivors of intimate partner violence.

In this full-time, permanent role, you'll lead a team of Individual Support Specialists and Individual Support Workers to deliver the Leaving Violence Payments program nationally. Working from home between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm (WST)* Monday to Friday, you'll report to our Service Manager. This role is a WA position. Only WA residents will be considered for this role. (*Local Western Standard Time)
