STORE MANAGER - NEVERLAND JOONDALUP

Neverland Store is on an exciting journey of transformation and we’re looking for our next Retail Leader to help pave the way. We have an opportunity available in our JOONDALUP store for a passionate, people-first leader who loves retail, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to be part of a business where culture truly matters.

About the Role

As a Retail Manager at Neverland, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while leading engaged, high-performing teams. You’ll be hands-on, commercially minded, and excited to grow alongside a brand that’s evolving and investing in its people.

Day to Day:

• Leading, motivating and developing your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs
• Managing store operations including rostering, visual merchandising and stock management
• Coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential
• Actively contributing to Neverland’s ongoing retail transformation

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in retail leadership or management (Assistant Manager, Store Manager, Team Leader or similar)
• A values-led people person who leads with empathy and impact
• A customer-first mindset and passion for retail
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment
• Flexibility to work across a rotating retail roster
