The role  

As a Part-time Lifeguard, you’ll play a vital role in a dedicated team focused on ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all guests enjoying our infinity pool at Crown Sydney. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively identify and respond to potential hazards, while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for everyone. We’re looking for individuals who are alert, approachable, and committed to upholding the highest standards of safety and service. 

• Monitor pool activity to ensure guest safety and respond promptly to any incidents 

• Oversee the safety and cleanliness of our pools and spas 

• Conduct regular checks on patrons and proactively identify potential hazards 

• Record pool and spa temperatures twice daily 

• Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks 

• Provide professional and courteous customer service in a high-standard hospitality environment 

About you  

• Hold a current NSW Lifeguard Certification 

• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications 

• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service 

• A proactive and observant individual with excellent diligence 

• Flexible availability across 7 days
