We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, results driven person to take over our digital marketing.

The Balanced Chiropractic Centre is a rapidly growing, premium chiropractic practice on the Sunshine Coast. We are on a mission to build a major online presence and are seeking a results-driven, hands-on Paid Advertising Leader & Social Media to take our digital marketing to the next level. 

If you have a proven track record of personally scaling social media accounts, executing high-converting Meta campaigns, and converting clicks into clients, then this is the position for you! 

The roles: 

In this highly autonomous role, you will take full ownership of our digital marketing execution. Your core focus will be leveraging these resources to drive growth across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, with a primary goal of generating 40-50 new patients per month.

Key Responsibilities:

Organic Growth:

Plan, publish and repurpose engaging content to expand our reach and audience engagement across all major social video platforms. 

Paid Acquisition:

Set up, manage and optimize data-driven Meta Ads campaigns. 

Performance Tracking:

Continuously monitor and report on critical acquisition metrics – CAC, Lead bookings, CPL, volume etc.

What you’ll be doing

Ads + Social Media

• Running meta ads to generate new patients

• Planning and creating scroll-stopping content across all Social Media Platforms

• Keeping across trends and finding clever ways to make them work for our business

• Taking a brief and running with it, we are not into micro managing!

• Scheduling and publishing content

• Monitoring comments, DMs and engagement

• Looking at content performance and helping us understand what’s working, what isn’t and what we should do more of

• Keeping our photo, video and content library organised
