About the role
We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Shift Supervisor to help lead our team at our newest Pizza Hut location in Helensvale.
Shift Supervisors take responsibility for the restaurant operations and manage shifts and inspire our teams to provide an exceptional experience for our customers.
Responsibilities include:
Help with the Day to Day Management of the Pizza Hut operation by leading your team in training, customer service, product knowledge and education.
Maintain a clean, organised and stocked environment to meet food safety and brand standard requirements.
Support effective rostering and establish engaging communication amongst the team to ensure adequate staffing and customer service standards are met.
Encourage safe work practices & ensure the safety of the team and our customers.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
An ability to lead a team effectively, coaching and developing team members to be their best;
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service 100% of the time;
Working knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements;
A strong communicator, adaptable to the fast pace of food service;
Proven experience working with POS systems and cash handling at a store level.
