THE OPPORTUNITY

Based at Randwick Racecourse, the Casual Membership Administrator will support our Membership Team across Membership Services and Reception functions, helping deliver exceptional service to our valued Members and guests.

Work will be available on a casual basis, primarily Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday race days at Randwick and Rosehill Gardens. This role provides support during peak business periods and assists with coverage for annual leave, personal leave and other team absences, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can adapt to changing operational needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Respond to member enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Provide reception and administrative support to the Membership Team.
• Assist with member ticketing, bookings and race day concierge services.
• Maintain and update member records within the CRM system.
• Support membership renewals and other membership administration activities.

THE RIGHT FIT

To be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:

• Previous customer service, reception or administration experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and available to work on an as-required basis, including occasional Saturday race days.
• Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) is desirable.
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport preferred, as travel between venues may be required.
