Paint Plus Canberra is looking for a skilled and reliable Qualified Painter to join our growing team. We work across Residential, Commercial, Government, and unique remote sites (including Perisher Ski Resort).

About the Role

You'll be working alongside our experienced crew on a variety of jobs across Canberra and surrounding regions, with the occasional opportunity to travel for specialist site work. We're after someone who can work independently, follows proper process and safety standards, and takes genuine pride in a quality finish.

What You'll Need

• A completed trade certificate in painting and decorating

• Minimum 2 years' experience working as a qualified painter (post-trade certificate)

• Australian citizenship (required for security clearance on certain projects).

• Ability to pass a National Police Check

• A current driver's licence and reliable transport

• A strong eye for detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

• White Card, Asbestos and Silica Awareness Training

• Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Certification is desirable, but at minimum, you must be eligible to obtain one.

• EWP Licence is desirable
