Your opportunity

We are seeking a Structures Supervisor to support the successful delivery of a major data centre project, driving the next wave of digital and AI-enabled growth. We are seeking experienced professionals with a track record of delivering data centre projects and an understanding of the complexities of hyperscale and enterprise-grade environments. This is a career-defining opportunity to contribute to a complex, high-value project and play a key role in its successful delivery through construction, commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities Include

Coordinating day-to-day site activities across structural work frontsLeading trades, subcontractors and labour teams on siteMonitoring progress and resolving issues that may impact deliveryMaintaining strong safety, quality and environmental standardsManaging site logistics, plant, materials and deliveriesReviewing drawings and specifications to support project deliveryAssisting with short-term planning and resource coordination

What You'll Bring

A trade qualification or AQF Certificate II in ConstructionExperience as a Supervisor, Leading Hand or similar site leadership roleStrong knowledge of structural construction methods, drawings and specificationsExperience coordinating trades, subcontractors, materials and plant on construction projectsThe ability to plan ahead, manage priorities and keep works movingA strong commitment to safety, quality and team outcomesExcellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
