Client Services Manager - NDIS - Central Coast

Central Coast ARAFMI has just celebrated 50 years of service across the NSW Central Coast. We are now looking to the future and require a proactive, experienced leader to manage a small team of support workers and volunteers across two locations at Narara and Bateau Bay. We offer day programs for up to 30 people with disability each week including 1:1 support if required, interactive creative activities, life skills and access to respite/short term accommodation for eligible participants.

 About you: 

• Minimum 3 years demonstrated leadership experience within the Disability Services sector
• Certificate IV in Community Services (disability) + current NSW driver's licence  & NDIS worker check.
• Proven ability to coach and support colleagues in developing their skills, capabilities, and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
• Experience in coordinating daily operations and tasks for a team. Including WHS, incident management and safeguarding.
• Experience managing intake, onboarding, billing and reporting.
• Expertise in preparing service agreements, plans & developing KPI's 
• Ability to build and maintain a strong culture of continuous improvement & accountability.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the CEO with day‑to‑day operations, planning, reporting and service delivery.
• Delivery of high‑quality, safe and person‑centred supports.
• Create a positive, respectful and professional team culture.
• Expand, promote and diversify services and programs.
• Staff rosters
• Build strong partnerships with internal/external stakeholders including community groups, other service providers, families, participants and carers.
• Manage KPI's, financial performance and outcomes.

This is a P/T role, Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm. SCHADS award, Level 5.
