Cleaner – Commercial & End-of-Lease Cleaning

Diamond Effect Cleaning is seeking reliable and experienced cleaners to join our team across Adelaide.

We are looking for dependable cleaners for end-of-lease cleaning and regular commercial cleaning opportunities, including after-hours office and business cleaning. Some general cleaning work may also be available.

We’re particularly interested in cleaners who are looking for ongoing work and can commit reliably to bookings and regular commercial schedules.

The work may include:

• Commercial and office cleaning
• End-of-lease cleaning
• Kitchens and bathrooms/amenities
• Vacuuming and mopping
• Dusting and wiping surfaces
• Internal windows
• Oven cleaning
• Cupboards, skirting boards and detailed cleaning
• General cleaning as required

We’re looking for cleaners who:

• Are reliable, punctual and committed to accepted bookings
• Have professional cleaning experience
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Have reliable transport
• Communicate well and respond promptly
• Have weekday availability for end-of-lease work
• Ideally have evening/after-hours availability for regular commercial cleaning
• Are interested in building consistent ongoing work with us

Work available

Work is across the Adelaide metropolitan area, with both daytime and after-hours opportunities.

End-of-lease work is generally completed during the day, while commercial cleaning may be scheduled in the evenings after businesses close.

Pay

Subcontractor rates are $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience, the type of cleaning and the particular job.

We are looking to build ongoing relationships with reliable cleaners, with regular work opportunities available as our residential, end-of-lease and commercial workload grows.
