About The Role

Springtime Residential Aged Care Facilities is seeking dedicated and empathetic Casual Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team. We are currently recruiting for afternoon shifts, offering flexible casual opportunities for individuals who want meaningful work with the freedom to balance other commitments.

As a PCA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents’ comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you will provide highquality personal and clinical care tailored to each resident’s individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and daily living support in accordance with resident care plansAssist with mobility, meals, personal hygiene, and daily activitiesBuild warm, respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleaguesFollow care and infectioncontrol procedures to maintain a safe environmentMaintain accurate and timely documentationWork collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team

What You’ll Bring

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalentExperience in aged care or health services (preferred)A compassionate, patient, and residentfocused approachStrong communication and teamwork skillsUnderstanding of personcentred care and dignity of riskAvailability for casual shifts, including weekends
