Hotel Guest Services Extraordinaire - Full-time or/and Permanent Part-time Position

The Hougoumont Hotel is a modern, boutique hotel located in the center of Fremantle. 

We are currently seeking a real enthusiast, experienced, friendly, outgoing, and highly customer service-orientated Guest Extraordinaire Services Agent to join our Fun-tastic Team.

The role will report directly to the General Manager and be accountable for, but not limited to, the following key areas:

Duties

• Providing exceptional customer service on Reception during check-in, check-out, and throughout every hotel guest's in-house stay.

• Assist with and run our simple 'Tea & Toast' breakfast service, as well as any other tasks that may be needed to be performed in order to guarantee a 5 star service.

• Attending to Guest requests efficiently and effectively, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.

Skills & experience

• Previous experience within a 4 or 5-Star hospitality environment is required

• Willingness to go "above and beyond" when assisting guests.

• Team-oriented and able to work under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.

• Be analytical and possess an eye for detail.

• Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends are essential.

• Approved Manager and RMS experience highly regarded
