Duties

Manage projects from pre-construction and procurement through to completion and handoverOversee project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial performanceManage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliersBuild strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholdersMonitor project risks, variations, costs and programme requirementsEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard

Skills & Experience

Project Management experience with a reputable commercial head contractorStrong fitout, refurbishment and/or live environment construction experienceExperience delivering commercial projects $10M and above Experienced with Procore, Aconex or alike Construction Management, Building or related qualification preferredStrong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
