Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

Managing a varied caseload, primarily clinic-based with some community visits across homes and schoolsSupporting participants across the lifespan, including early intervention, children, adolescents, and adultsWorking with a broad range of presentations including feeding, early language, dysphagia, communication difficulties, and AACConducting observations and standardised assessments to develop meaningful, participant-centred goalsDelivering evidence-based therapy that enhances communication, participation, and independenceCollaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes for participantsWhy Join Real Therapy Solutions?

What We're Looking For

Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology AustraliaPrevious post-graduate experience as a Speech PathologistStrong organisational and time management skillsA growth mindset and commitment to continuous learningA genuine passion for supporting people within the disability sector
