We are a small, independent Financial Planning company with our own AFSL based in Midland. Our focus is very much on the service to our clients, offering a family-style holistic service encompassing much more than just their investments. The majority of our clients are retirees.

Our environment is a team affair, so the right personality is essential to the business.

The Opportunity

This is not an employment role. One of our advisers has recently moved on, which leaves us with a fully set-up office space, a 0.5 FTE workload of admin support, and a consistent stream of client referrals.

We are looking for a qualified Financial Planner to step into this space as an independent contributor towards costs. You might be an established adviser looking for a better home for your existing client book, or a salaried planner ready to make the leap to being a sole trader.

For a contribution of approximately $10,000 per month, we can provide an immediately operational setup so you can focus entirely on your clients without the stress and high overheads of running a practice completely on your own.

What is included:

• Licensing & Compliance: Full sub-licence status under our own boutique AFSL.

• Fees & Insurances: Your corporate ASIC fees and Professional Indemnity (PI) insurance are fully covered.

• Admin Support: A 0.5 FTE workload of dedicated administration support from our experienced team (helping with client review preparation and follow up, reception duties, and Centrelink assistance).

• Your Own Space: A private, fully furnished office and use of the general office amenities.

• Running Costs: High-speed internet, commercial printing, and all utilities.

• Built-in Growth: A good, consistent amount of ongoing client referrals to help you grow.

• Perks: Free secure onsite parking. We are also pet-friendly, so our clients sometimes bring their dogs along to appointments.

What you bring:

• Relevant qualifications and a clean history on the financial advisers register.

• Either an established book of business or the drive to build one using our referral pipeline.

• High attention to detail and a down-to-earth, collaborative attitude.

• A friendly personality that fits easily into a small, close-knit team environment.
