About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee daily operations, ensuring all electrical projects and services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Reporting directly to the Management team some of your responsibilities will include:

• Leading electrical projects, maintenance, and service operations
• Managing, mentoring, and developing technicians and subcontractors
• Coordinating scheduling, workforce planning, and resource allocation
• Monitoring project performance, budgets, and operational outcomes
• Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, legislation, and company policies
• Driving continuous improvement across operational systems and processes
• Building and maintaining strong client, supplier, and stakeholder relationships

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A-Grade Electrical Licence or equivalent industry experience
• 3–5 years' experience in an electrical operations or management role
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and compliance requirements
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
• Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to monitor project performance
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
