TotalFusion Morningside, has an opportunity for a passionate and vibrant receptionist to join our Morningside Customer Service Team.

Your Role:

Be the key point of contact for members and guests, you’ll be responsible for:

• Greeting and engaging members with warmth, energy, and professionalism

• Managing bookings, member check-ins, retail sales, and phone/email queries

• Supporting our wider wellness, spa, and fitness departments by ensuring smooth, efficient front-of-house operations

• Maintaining an immaculate presentation of the reception area and shared spaces

• Responding calmly and confidently to member needs or issues

• Administrative tasks

Who You Are:
