Are you an experienced Mental Health Registered Nurse ready to take the next step in your career? Join the Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) as a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 (CNS2) within our Emergency Department Mental Health Team (EDMHT) and play a vital role in delivering expert mental health care when patients need it most.
About the Opportunity
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 within the Emergency Department Mental Health Team you will be responsible for triaging, assessing and coordinating referrals from the Emergency Department, Community Mental Health Services, General Practitioners and the Central Coast Mental Health Telephone Triage Line.
This position plays a key role in delivering specialist mental health assessment, care coordination and clinical leadership within the Emergency Department to achieve positive patient outcomes. In this role you will:
