As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee food preparation, ensuring our high standards of quality and presentation are met consistently.
• Supervise, motivate, develop, and lead the kitchen team to achieve their goals.
•  Ensure health and safety compliance, maintain cleanliness, and follow food safety standards.
• Support and uphold Miss Maud’s systems and procedures.
• Manage stock control efficiently and minimise waste.
