About the role

EGroup Protective Services Group Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team in Rhodes, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary focus will be to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to inbound customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner

• Providing accurate information and guidance to customers to address their inquiries and concerns

• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively

• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records

• Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the call center and customer service industry

• Australian citizenship is required for this position

• A minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience is required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues

• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software

• Training will be provided on CRM systems and relevant software platforms

• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others

• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
