About the Role
Working alongside Support Coordinators and Field Service Engineers, you'll provide advanced technical support for a broad portfolio of scientific laboratory instrumentation.

You'll troubleshoot complex instrument faults, diagnose technical issues and provide expert support to scientists, laboratory personnel and internal service teams. This is not a field-based position, but it offers a genuine career pathway into a Field Service Engineer role for someone looking to grow within a global organisation.
